In this workshop, Juliet will teach CI techniques and skills leading into open dancing/jamming.
The title of the workshop comes from Nancy Stark Smiths description of the 'Underscore' mind - where 'everything is delightful'. The workshop progression will include stages of the Underscore - from bonding with the earth, skinesphere, kinesphere, to duet dancing skills & techniques and jamming.
For beginner levels and people with previous experience of CI.

Juliet Shelley is a professional dancer and an international teacher of CI. Her teachers include Nancy Stark Smith, Steve Paxton, Julyen Hamilton, Katie Duck, Kirstie Simson and Martin Keogh. She has taught CI classes and workshops in the UK, France, Italy, USA, Singapore, Netherlands, NZ and Australia.
